Cancellation & Refund Policy :
Cancellation Policy :
- You can cancel your booking as per the terms and conditions.
- 61 Days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 100% refund of the amount received
- 60 to 41 days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 20% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance will be refunded
- 40 to 31 days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 50% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance will be refunded
- 30 days or less then 30 days to your travel date if you cancel your booking = 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
Refund Policy :
- Any package Payment due towards Corbett Treff Resort will be refunded in 45 working days in the same bank account through which Corbett Treff Resort has received the payment.
How to Cancel :
- If you need to cancel your stay, please email us at sales@treffresort.com with your Booking ID. To process your refund quickly (if applicable), kindly include your Bank Account details or UPI ID in the email.
Legal Issues :
In case of any dispute the court of Jurisdiction will be Nainital high court only
