1. You can cancel your booking as per the terms and conditions
2. ​1​5 Days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 100% refund of the amount received
​3. 1​4 to ​1​0 days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 20% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance will be refunded
4. ​1​0 to ​0​8 days Before your travel date if you cancel your booking = 50% of the total package cost will be deducted. Balance will be refunded
​5. 0​7 days or less then ​0​7 days to your travel date if you cancel your booking = 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.

Refund Policy :

Any Payment due towards ​​​Corbett Treff Hotel will be refunded in 45 working days in the same bank account through which ​​​​Corbett Treff Resort  received the payment.

​How to Cancel :
If you need to cancel your stay, please email us at sales@​treffresort.com with your Booking ID. To process your refund quickly (if applicable), kindly include your Bank Account details or UPI ID in the email.

Reserve Now, Pay Later (Hold Request)
Policy : You can request a reservation without an immediate payment.
Verification Period: Due to high demand, "Reserve Now" requests are held for a maximum of 45 minutes.
Action Required: To convert this request into a confirmed booking, a 35% advance payment must be made within the 45-minute window.
Note: In the absence of an advance payment, Corbett Treff Hotel Resort cannot guarantee room availability or hold the reservation. A confirmation voucher is only issued after the deposit is received.
